A MiniaTuria-Compatible Edition Has Arrived for “XenoTex” 🎄

A MiniaTuria-compatible edition is now available for XenoTex (SNOW add-on), a texture pack known for beautiful Christmas illuminations and snowy scenery—just in time for this winter! All XenoTex textures themselves remain unchanged. Only the placement method was adjusted so the textures appear using specific biomes (sunflower_plains / small_mountains).

Some textures have had their ID metadata adjusted so they can be used alongside MiniaTuria, so please check the block list image. (The large image included in the distributed pack is the easiest to read.)

MiniaTuria, XenoTex, and RinTEX in One Single World

One of the biggest features of MiniaTuria 1.7.10 is its biome system. It’s designed so you can change biomes for interior items and windows while still keeping the same roof textures. That means you can use biomes relatively freely for building without worrying that your roof textures will suddenly change.

Another advantage of this biome system is that it can be configured so both MiniaTuria textures and external add-ons can be used together without losing either one. This time, XenoTex was assigned to two biomes—sunflower_plains and small_mountains—so it won’t overlap with MiniaTuria’s other biome textures, allowing you to use both.

And there’s more! The MiniaTuria-compatible edition of RinTEX also has its own dedicated biomes assigned, so it won’t conflict with XenoTex either! In other words, you can use MiniaTuria, XenoTex, and RinTEX together in one single world ✨️ Why not enjoy MiniaTuria Christmas building this winter with XenoTex’s beautiful illumination textures and RinTEX’s cute wreaths?
