Questions Regarding Permission to Port

Is it okay to distribute the MiniaTuria Mod models as an integrated addon if I clearly credit them?

Although the terms say no, could you make an exception and grant permission?

No! There will be no exceptions to the terms. Additionally, for any reason, permission will not be granted, so please refrain from requesting permission.

Are you planning to port it to the latest Minecraft Java Edition or other versions?

I do plan to port it!!! However, it's quite difficult to reach that point at the moment... But it’s a dream I really want to make happen! Please continue to support and encourage me~
Some may think that 1.12.2 is now too old, but with MiniaTuria, you can enjoy creative building using only the added blocks. Additionally, Minecraft 1.12.2 is already full of great mods and is a version with a rich building environment, so I think you can still enjoy building even without new Minecraft features.

Why don't you develop it as a team? It would be faster that way...

MiniaTuria is primarily a project where I, the developer (Hasukko), am working alone, with support from many helpers. Because of this, the production and porting process is slow, and I apologize for the inconvenience...
I’m sure there would be many benefits to developing as a team. There are things that can be done when there’s a team that can’t be done alone! However, I prefer to work within the scope of what I enjoy and can do freely. When considering responsibilities, workload distribution, and rights, I think it’s better for me to continue as a solo project. With that said, your support motivates me to keep going!✊️

Are you planning to port it to Minecraft Bedrock Edition?

I will port it!!! However, the systems in Bedrock Edition are completely different from Java Edition, so I don’t yet have the technical knowledge to create addons for Bedrock. I’m currently learning as I develop... That’s why it’s delayed.
But, starting in 2025, I’m planning to start the full-scale MiniaTuria project for Bedrock Edition! The recent renewal of this website was also to prepare for future releases of the Bedrock Edition addon. Bedrock players, be sure to check MiniaTuria and this site in the future!

Are you planning to release the Bedrock pack on the Marketplace?

I want to, but I can’t 😢. The MiniaTuria project is not part of the official Minecraft partnership. Therefore, I am distributing it unofficially through this website.

Are you planning to distribute the mod via CurseForge?

I’m considering it! I’ve heard that some people can only download from the CurseForge website (https://www.curseforge.com/).
However, MiniaTuria Mod is not just about the mod jar file; a resource pack is also required, so I’m thinking of investigating how to distribute it properly after researching the best way to do so.
